1) Processing & Production Time

3) Shipping Fees

4) Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided 24–72 hours after dispatch.

5) Fulfillment & Split Shipments

Multi-item purchases may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.
6) Address Changes / Order Cancellation

You may edit the address or cancel within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this window, the order has entered production and cannot be changed or canceled.
7) Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international orders, any import duties/VAT/customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility per local regulations.

Refusing to pay duties that results in a return may incur return fees; these costs are non-refundable.
8) Lost or Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please email photos/videos of the product and packaging within 5 days for a replacement or refund.

If a parcel is severely delayed (over {{15}} business days beyond the estimate) or lost, contact contact@nexinoco.com for an investigation and replacement.

9) Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive it:

Re-check the address, mailbox, front desk/security, neighbors;

10) Return-to-Sender

Common causes: invalid/incomplete address, no receiver, duties unpaid.

We’ll contact you to reship (a re-shipping fee may apply) or refund the product price (shipping non-refundable).
11) Unsupported Addresses / Exceptions

Some P.O. Boxes, remote/island areas, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be unsupported or require surcharges/longer transit.

Items containing batteries/magnets/liquids may face air transport restrictions.
