Shipping policy

1) Processing & Production Time

  • During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), production may take an extra {{1–3}} business days.

3) Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over $60 ({{worldwide / specific regions}}).

  • Orders under $60: shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight/destination.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns/exchanges (except when caused by our error).

4) Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is provided 24–72 hours after dispatch.

5) Fulfillment & Split Shipments

  • We partner with multiple facilities in {{US/UK/EU/CA/AU/Asia}}. Your order may ship from the nearest location.

  • Multi-item purchases may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

6) Address Changes / Order Cancellation

  • You may edit the address or cancel within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After this window, the order has entered production and cannot be changed or canceled.

7) Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • For international orders, any import duties/VAT/customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility per local regulations.

  • Refusing to pay duties that results in a return may incur return fees; these costs are non-refundable.

8) Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email photos/videos of the product and packaging within 5 days for a replacement or refund.

  • If a parcel is severely delayed (over {{15}} business days beyond the estimate) or lost, contact contact@nexinoco.com for an investigation and replacement.

  • Claims must be submitted within {{30 days}} from the estimated delivery date.

9) Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Re-check the address, mailbox, front desk/security, neighbors;

  2. Wait {{48 hours}} (some carriers pre-scan);

  3. Contact {{Support Email}} for carrier follow-up.

10) Return-to-Sender

  • Common causes: invalid/incomplete address, no receiver, duties unpaid.

  • We’ll contact you to reship (a re-shipping fee may apply) or refund the product price (shipping non-refundable).

11) Unsupported Addresses / Exceptions

  • Some P.O. Boxes, remote/island areas, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be unsupported or require surcharges/longer transit.

  • Items containing batteries/magnets/liquids may face air transport restrictions.
